Mary T Kasinkas

Mary Theresa Kasinkas (nee Fenerty) age 92, passed peacefully on April 5, 2022, joining her husband Edward one day before their 69th wedding anniversary. Born on February 25, 1930, in Philadelphia, she was the youngest child of the late George and Mary Fenerty, predeceased by brothers George, Walter, William, and Gerard. Mary is dearly missed and forever loved by her family which includes her children Michael (Beth), Mary Helen (Brian), Matthew (Carol), George (Deb) Anne (Bill), and Julia (Paul). She had 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mary attended Mount St Joseph’s Academy where she made lifetime friendships with Anne and her bridesmaids Mary, Adele, and Helen. Mary and Ed made their family life in Lansdowne where they raised six children and were devoted members of St. Philomena Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed taking road trips with Ed and the family, and in later years favored crossword puzzles, keeping up with family news, dark chocolates, and the occasional old fashioned in the evening. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday April 23, 2022, at 11 am at St Philip Neri Catholic Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. Visitation will be prior to the mass between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Immediately following, Mary will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Yeadon.
