William J. Ferraro, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, at the age of 73. Born in Philadelphia, PA, on October 22, 1951, Bill was a lifelong resident of the area and a true Philadelphia sports fan, with a deep love for the Phillies and Eagles.

Bill was the devoted husband of Carmen. He is survived by his loving children Jennifer and Jude and his cherished stepchildren Cesar and Jenny. His legacy lives in his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy throughout his life.

A respected health administrator, Bill dedicated his career to improving healthcare services and making a positive impact on those around him. He will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for his unwavering support and love for his family.

Outside of his career, Bill found joy in his passions, particularly his love for sports. As an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, he was often found cheering on his teams, celebrating victories, and sharing in the highs and lows of each season.
