Janet K Sosson

Janet K. Sosson (nee Killeen), 82, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, June 3rd at Springhouse Estates in Lower Gwynedd, PA. She was the wife of the late Meredith Sosson of Oreland where she lived most of her life and raised her family and was a member of the Holy Martyrs Church. Janet was born December 9th, 1941, in Philadelphia PA and graduated from Little Flower High School.

Janet is the mother of a son Gregory (Diane) and daughter Elizabeth Rahi and grandmother of Isabella Rahi. She is the sister of her late brothers Jack (Beverly) and Tom and sister-in-law of Harriett Sosson and Barbara Sosson. She had several nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Janet had a successful career in retail sales for the Macy’s company. An avid reader and dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, Janet thoroughly enjoyed traveling, sporting events and spending time with her children and granddaughter. 

Private services were held at Springhouse Estates on June 27th.
