Edward O. McGovern

Edward O. McGovern, CPA, passed away after a short illness on Saturday, July 20, 2021, age 83. Formerly of Germantown, Philadelphia and Oreland, Pa. Beloved son of the late Frank and Nora McGovern, beloved brother of the late Francis J. McGovern. He is survived by his cousin, Maryann Kelly. Also survived by nieces Tracy McGovern Smith, Tara McGovern Williams and his late nephew, Ryan F. McGovern, grandniece Jacqueline Smith, grand nephew Nicholas Williams and many other cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Holy Martyr’s Church, 120 Allison Road, Oreland, Pa. 19075, Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 9:30-10:30am, Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Martyr's Church at the above address.
