Dominic A. Ragucci

Dominic A. Ragucci, 92, beloved husband of Joan M. Ragucci of the Somerton neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 23, 1932, in the Germantown area of Philadelphia, Dominic led a life filled with love, dedication, and service to his nation and community.

He is survived by his beloved son, Charles A. Ragucci, his beloved daughter Jacqueline Natelli, and son-in-law Gus R. Natelli III. Dominic's legacy continues through his grandchildren, Francesca G. Ragucci and Charles A. Ragucci Jr, Dominique Heinze and her husband, Benjamin Heinze, Augustina Natelli and Griffin Thomas, and grand-son Gus Reed Natelli IV.  Cherished great-grandchildren, Reid, Ian, and Grayson. 

Dominic enjoyed a successful career as a Prudential Insurance representative, helping countless families during his tenure. In retirement, he became an integral part of the community, serving as the Zoning Chairman for The Somerton Civic Association.

A proud Army veteran, Dominic was known for his kindness, unwavering dedication to his family, and deep love for his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 16th, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Christopher’s Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116. In lieu of flowers, donations may also be made in his honor to St. Christopher’s Church.

Dominic’s kindness, leadership, and devotion to his family and community will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved him.
