Constance M. “Connie” D’Agostino, age 75, of Hatboro, PA passed away on Monday November 9, 2020. She was born to the late Hubert and Florence “Floss” Murray on November 24, 1944. Connie was the sister to the late Nancy Saiber, late Hubert Murray, and survived by her sister Felice Verhille. Connie was the mother of Laura Yezzi,(Vince), Christa Deitch,(Dave), Andrea Shoemaker(Evan), and Amy Brennan(Terry). Connie was the loving grandmother to Steven Yezzi, Colleen Yezzi, Gavin Shoemaker, Abigail Shoemaker, and Owen Brennan. Connie is also survived by many wonderful cousins, nieces and nephews to whom she loved dearly. Connie was born in Philadelphia, PA where she spent most of her life until moving to Warminster. In 2016 she moved into Moreland Towers in Hatboro PA. It was there that she made many new friends and memories. She cherished her friendships both old and new. Connie was a devoted Catholic and made many contributions to various charities and organizations. Connie loved candy, desserts of any kind, brandy alexanders and caviar. She loved sparkly hats, dangly earrings, giving gifts and of course Barbra Streisand. She always had an ear to lend to anyone and a generous heart. It was her grandchildren that brought her the utmost joy in her final years. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 10:30AM at St. John Bosco Church 215 E County Line Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation from 9:30-10:30AM at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you say a special prayer for her in your own way. She would also want for all of us to celebrate her vivacious and colorful life with song and dance.
