Charles J. "Charlie" Osborne, on September 12, 2020. Of Erdenheim, PA. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jennifer Quinn. Brother of Janet Paull, Susan, Jim, Patricia Heenan, Robert, and the late John. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Charlie was born and raised in Germantown. He attended St. Madeleine Sophie School and Cardinal Dougherty High School. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Montgomery County S.P.C.A. 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428. **MEMORIAL GATHERING** ****Saturday October 17**** IN MEMORY OF CHARLIE OSBORNE 10-11 30AM. Historic Hope Lodge 553 South Bethlehem Pike Fort Washington PA 19034 right across from the old BENT ELBOW-now McGerks. OUTDOOR ONLY Rain or shine unless there is a monsoon....so hope for decent weather. Masks and Social Distancing required-this is a State of PA property. No smoking or alcohol on this State property. Please arrive between 10AM -10 20 AM to park and get a seat that is with your family and/or Covid Pod friend group or in a place you feel comfortable. There are options for VERY expanded social distancing. Lots of space for everyone. Chairs will be provided but please bring your own if comfort or weight are an issue. No food during the service but water will be available. Wawa coffee ok- it was Charlie's favorite and you can stand or sit separately if appropriate as you take your mask off and enjoy your coffee. **** PLEASE WEAR SENSIBLE SHOES AND COMFORTABLE WEATHER APPROPRIATE CLOTHING**** OPTION TO WALK AROUND THE HOPE LODGE GROUNDS AND BRING YOUR OWN PICNIC LUNCH FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEMORIAL.
