Alice Mary Edwards

Alice Mary Edwards of Horsham, PA, died unexpectedly on Tuesday August 24th 2021, at the age of 53. Her family are shocked and deeply saddened. Born on the 7th of November 1967 in Philadelphia, PA, Alice lived in Horsham where she worked for many years as a devoted nurse. Alice had the gift of serving others and cared tirelessly for her patients, as well as being a dedicated caregiver to family members. Alice was an active parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Church, and also served in the Legion of Mary where she practised her unwavering faith. As a loving aunt, Alice enjoyed many trips to Ireland to visit her sister, niece, and nephew, creating many wonderful fun-filled memories. Alice is predeceased by parents Catherine and Paul Edwards. She is survived by her beloved brothers, Paul, Chris, and Billy Edwards and sister, Vicky (Edwards) Leonard, nephew Shane Leonard and niece Caitríona Leonard, Aunt Gloria Edwards, and numerous cousins. Funeral mass to be held in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham, PA, at 11 o’clock on Wednesday, September 1st. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10-11AM at the church. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, West Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. Alice will remain forever in our hearts.
