DEBRA JEAN PICKARD (nee Colbridge), 58, of Flourtown, PA, on July 3, 2015. Survived by her mother Anna (nee Reynolds); husband Joseph "Sandy". Devoted mother to Christine; sister of Sheila Donofry, Mindy Sungenis and Jim Colbridge; also survived by many cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews who were so special to her. Daughter of the late James A. Colbridge. She was a graduate of nursing school and went on to work at Saint Josephs Villa for many years with a devotion for taking care of people. Her favorite times were spent on the beach with her family and loved fishing on the ocean where she delighted in catching more fish than anybody else. She always reflected on her days growing up and playing and what a happy childhood she had. Her daughter Christine was her life. She writes, “I sit here in my messy room, something my mother would not have likes and bugged me to clean up. I think “How is it that my mom is gone forever” but then again I think of how wonderful she was to everyone. The compassion she showed for everyone. No matter what you were going through she would be there to listen. Mom I miss you to the moon and back and proud to say how fortunate enough I was to have you for the past 19 years and they can never be erased” Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday 9:30 A.M. followed by Funeral Mass 11 A.M. at Saint Genevieve Church, 1225 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cem. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center.
