Josephine Kosiak, on Oct. 2, 2014 of Flourtown. Sister of the late Laura, Agnes Pipala (John), Sophia, Rose Gudera (Steve), Raymond (Catherine) and Nell Zakaluzny (Joseph). Also survived by 5 nephews and 7 nieces and 16 great nieces and nephews.
