BINDER RICHARD A., on July 8, 2013. Age 68. Formerly of the Chicago area. At Drexel University, Richard was a librarian from 1971 to 1996 then was an adjunct professor until 2012. He was a longtime member and the founder of the Prison Ministry at St. Vincent's Parish in Germantown.
