SCHNIERING HARRY GEORGE, on June 21, 2013. Formerly of Frankford and Oreland. Husband of Hannah J. ( nee Kriebel) for 71 yrs. Father of Jane (Ron) Gomes-Casseres, Harry (Gail), and Keith. Grandfather of 6, Great-grandfather of 10, Great-great grandfather of 2. Harry served in WW II in the 30th Infantry Division, landing on Omaha Beach on the day after D-Day. He served in Europe for 3 yrs. Harry worked at Quaker City Iron Works, studying at night for Mechanical Engineering. He became a sales rep. for several foundries in the Phila. area. Harry was an active and enthusiastic member of the Oreland Lions Club since 1975. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday 10 A.M. followed by a Funeral Service at 11 A.. at the JOHN F.
